Sunday Socials

Now you should’ve checked out the branding  project that we did for Gravitate, But if you didn’t, ‘Sunday Socials’ is a part of Gravitate, specifically, It’s their run club!

Gravitates Run club is the core of the company, this is where they live through their motto “Connected through movement”, Bringing communities from all over the UK together, usually on a sunday… hence the name!

Due to this being such a big part of the brand, we we’re given the luxury to create a mascot for the club.

BroadWater Studios

Broadwater Studios is a recording studio situated in Gateshead in the North East of England. They came to us in need of a freshen up, they didn’t want us to change much on the site at all, they just wanted a new banner, the first thing you are greeted with when you enter their site.

They took some photos of their gear and they let us do the rest. We used their brand colours like before, but we made sure to only use three colours with no other shades, giving things a cleaner look, and easier on the eyes.

Due to the site not having a header, we made sure the logo was clear and prominent. Once that was done, we had one happy client.

Barrington Clarke

Barrington Clarke is a real estate company based in Devon, with a range of properties that expand from the small yet lovely town of totnes, to some of the largest houses that are on the market in Surrey.

Oliver came to us in need of… everything. and before you have anything about a company, what do you need? It’s a logo of course!

Barrington Clarke is an established agents that caters to highest bracket of propeties, some of the properties don’t just exeed the 8 figure mark, but they are usually architectural masterpeices from the past. With an aquired customer market, we knew exactly what to do.

It’s clean, it’s professional, it’s legible, It’s clear, and most importantly, it resonates with the customer, the simplicity of the cut ‘C’ in the B shows us exactly what we need to see, and the familiarity of the serif font is just *chefs kiss*.

Now what’s a logo if it doesn’t exist anywhere? Oliver loved the logo (of course) and he kindly asked us to cook him up a business card, a beautiful peice of card for this elegant logo to lie on. Here’s what we delivered.

Not only did we design a Beautiful layout for his information, but we gave Barrington Clarke it’s first steps it’s identity. We carefully chose a dark, stern ‘Kentor blue’ for it’s primary, followed neatly by it’s secondary colour ‘white smoke’. These colours partnered with the strong, serif font ‘Indivisible’ then lead to creating this perfect business card.

Die Twice

Die Twice is an Indie rock band located in the heart of Devon, what started as some college fun has now turned into something that people are beginning to listen to in their everyday lives. Walking around you will find their posters, stickers, and maybe even them, walking in their pack, booted in Doc Martens and dressed in leather, acquainted with a cigarette.

They came to us in their early days when they hadn’t found their feet, they needed something that ‘Die twice’ could be recognised for, that wasn’t their music, something static. Here is all the material we created for them…

A Beautiful thing

A beautiful thing is the newest EP Released by Die Twice.

As you will see, the design is rather familliar, that’s beacuse the album cover is a graphic that we had created for them years ago… talk about creating timeless designs eh 😉

Hewitt Building Services

Casper came to Auxa to put his business into the online space officially. Yes he had facebook but his company is professional, and established, and he wanted to showcase that through it’s online presence. He hit us up and we got to work.
We had two main focuses for this website, and we wanted to keep it stylish, but simple. Firstly we wanted to make sure that whoever landed on the site, knew what Hewitt Building Services has to offer, through words, and a showcase of their portfolio. Secondly, we wanted to make sure that there wasn’t any clutter, we wanted all the important bits, and once they where covered, have the site viewer have a clear, and easy way to contact the business.

We did indeed deliver all that was said, and Casper was a happy man!

Asaph's Loft

Asaph’s Loft, a professional studio nestled in the heart of Devon. We crafted a logo that was simple, Creative, and clear… The design seamlessly merges the studio’s artistic essence with a modern, minimalist approach, reflecting both their innovative spirit and commitment to excellence. As by request, we made sure the logo represented a soundwave, so we created not only a symbol that represents that distinctly, but something that also stands out as a timeless symbol of their brand identity.

A new website coming right up!

Every business needs a website of course. The Owner of Asaph’s loft didn’t think twice about who to come too, they came straight to us and as always, we got right to work.

They wanted something simple, and easy to look at, nothing flashy, just something clean, and practical. We did this by keeping colours at a minimum only consisting of black and white, mathcing the interior of the studio. Alongside this, we made sure to not leave out a detail, going onto the sitea as a customer, you are clearly presented with what the studio has to offer, and exactly what to expect.

All being said and done, we had another happy client… check it out!

PatchTidy

Shane, The Owner of PatchTidy reached out to us in need of a logo.

PatchTidy is a company still in its early stages, manufacturing state-of-the-art cable management for extremely large companies.

Shane came to us with a brief idea of what he wanted, but he needed a group of professionals to turn his ideas into something clean, practical, and meaningful, and he came to the right place.

His needs were as follows: The logo will be laser cut onto the products, therefore there can’t be any isolated negative space. Secondly, the design needs to incorporate an ethernet cable in some way. And with that in mind, this is what we created.

The Icon itself is a clever play on the digital symbol for an ethernet cable, once notified about that the similarity is clear, but without that knowledge the Icon stands out perfectly, subltly displaying it’s techy undertones, not only through the sharp, clean cut corners, but through distinct symbolism, a perfect balance of product informity and legibility.

However we didn’t just want to stop at the logo mark, we wanted to make the word mark just as unique and meaningful.

We first made the ‘H’ a simple rendition of the logo mark, creating a subtle, and visually pleasing bond, and with that gap in the ‘H’ it lead to the idea of having a gap through the middle of all of the type. Now not only is this functional, making the ‘P’, ‘A’, and ‘D’ lasercut friendly, but the horizontal line represents a cable running thrrough the logo.
