DC PROPERTY SEARCH

DC PROPERTY SEARCH

he had an issue, we had a solution

Jullian, a well seasoned property expert came to us through a referral Barrington Clarke, a previous esate agent we did some work for, he was thoroughly impressed and it lit a fire in him to start his own company, with that, he came straight to us to bring it to life. He knew two things, and that was that it was going to be a property finding company, and it was for high ticket clients, with that in mind, he the left the ball in our court… this is what we did.

the logo

Simple, easy, clear

Once we got a name established, it was to making logos, the logo we made for barrington clarke was rather fancy, and a more dainty serif approach, however, despite Jullian Targeting the same audience as Barrington Clarke he wanted something different. so keeping the same pair of eyes… on something completely differnent? easy. We went with the simple of the simplest, and kept to stern, authorative letters, that showed the people DC Property Search was the trustworthy housing bachelorrette they have been looking for… there’s not much to say about this logo besides that it works, and Jullian thought so too. bosh.

the website

The website is a perfect mix of South England Scenery, and modern-minimal layouts. lots of Negative space, clean layouts with slab serif fonts, and powerful colours. The website all comes together effortlessly, displaying just the right amount of information, whilst keeping the site clean, captivating, and chic, the landing page is very simple… but that’s the point, it’s simplicity is what makes it effective, a client lands on there, and knows exactly where to go to make an enquiry, right after getting to know the man behind the company. Speaking of Jullian, how can you spread the word of your business and website without a business card?

Business card

Now once you have a pretty looking website, you need to get people to go to it, Jullian didn’t want to flood people to his site through ads, social media, and broad outreach however, he wanted to keep his site traffic to clientel that he wanted to land on there… how? through business events, and the most commonly exchanged assset you find there, a business card.
