Rediscover Church

Re-discover is a lovely church that is based in Newton Abbot that is a plant church linked to the mother church in exeter! They have a great in person presence and nail it everytime to being a great welcoming church, but they needed to expand their horizons and boost their social medias to reach more hearts… for that they came to us for help!

The instagram page didnt nessacerily need a distinct structure, it just needed some prettier, and engaging posts, aand that is what I did, using church event, sunday services, and verses from the bible, we have created a variety of posts.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Alongside the posts, I was very limited for the imagery I was using, so we needed to get some more photos of what was going on during the sundays and events, not just from random peoples phones, that does work, but we wanted photography, that could be used for standalone posts, and for that, we needed great quality photos, and a direction for the photographer.

We created moodboards, inspiration maps, and had a few meetings with a local photographer from the church, and she killed it! Our direction matched with her skills gave us the outcome we all desired.

As part of church service they have ‘Church news’ and now they had access to us, they wanted to re-vamp how they did that. That included two main parts, the animation for the intro and the outro, and all of the ‘Banner’ designs for the events that tied into the ‘news articles’.

They wanted something completely different to the old outro but they wanted to keep the colours, so that is all we did, we changed the vibe, pace, font, and overall feel! It’s quick, captivating, and stylised.

These would usually slide onto the left hand side of the screen whilst someone spoke on the right about what event was going on, and the graphics would match, here you can see an array or diretions we chose for certain occasions, and as you can see we applied some seasonal changes too, check them out!
